Mount Vernon Hospital

Mount Vernon

I know many local residents really appreciate the services that are available on the Mount Vernon Hospital site but we need to be honest with ourselves with how this site will function going forward. Many of the buildings are in a poor state of repair and I want to ensure the site has a place in our community for a long time to come.

In particular the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre is a hugely valued local service and I know there are now doubts over it's future. There is an ongoing review into the future of the service and changes are already starting to be made. I will be following this closely and want to ensure that we do not loose this crucial local cancer service as the review develops.

My Local News, February 2020

Friday, 14 February, 2020
It’s been a busy few weeks in my new role as the MP for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner. In the constituency I’ve kept a packed diary, and I have enjoyed meeting with and hearing from many local residents. I’ve already held drop-in surgeries and coffee mornings in Pinner, Hatch End, and Harefield, and I will continue to host future weekly drop-ins on either Mondays or Fridays in each ward. It’s been brilliant helping tackle individual concerns and discussing both local and national issues.

A Busy Week Progressing Priorities
