I am grateful to Barclays for inviting me to their banking hub in Ruislip Manor Library this afternoon. Although just outside of the constituency, this serves residents in Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner, particularly following the closure of the Ruislip High Street branch.
The hub has been open since early summer as part of Barclays’ flexible banking strategy, which I understand has been responding to changing customer needs. It was interesting to learn about the services offered, as well as the findings from their insight report.
Thank you to the team for hosting my visit, and I hope that residents are able to benefit from this local service.
