It was a pleasure to drop into the Community ConneX coffee morning at Fairfield Church in Northwood Hills this morning.
These events are organised by the People ConneX team to help combat loneliness for individuals with learning disabilities, mobility issues or additional mental health needs.
It was great to hear from members how Community ConneX helps to support them in their day-to-day lives, as well as their concerns about local and national policy.
